148 Report about the Disposition of William Pennoyer’s Bequest
25th July 1706 Int[er] Attornat[um] Gen[er]al[em] D[omi]nae Reginae ex Relat[i]on[e] et ex p[otesta]te Gubernatoris Hospitii Vulgovotat Christo Hospitall London Quer[entem] Samuell Crispe et al[ios] def[enden]tes
In pursuance of an Order of the 2d day of March last And a subsequent Order of the 25th day of May last I have in the presence of the Agents on both sides considered of the matters thereby to me referred And do find that the Money in the hands of Mr. Joshua Blackwell who was appointed Receiver of the rents of the Estate in Question amounts to £462:05s:04d out of which I think fitt to allow the said Receiver for his trouble Costs and Charges in and about the Collection of the said Rents the sum of £20 And for the plaintiffs and Defendants the Trustees Costs of this Suite the Sume of £78:15s:10d which Sumes of £20 and £78: 15s:10d being deducted out of the said £462:05s:04d reduces the Sume to be distributed to the severall persons and for the severall Charitys in the said Order mentioned unto the Sume of £363:09s:06d. And in a Schedule hereunto annexed I have computed and ascertained what proportion of the said £363 :09s:06d belongs to and is to be paid to the Severall persons and for the Severall Charities to and for which the Same were Appropriated and Appointed by the Will of the Donor. And I doe direct the said Mr. Blackwell the Receiver to pay and apply the same accordingly. All which I humbly Certifie and submit to the judgement of this Honourable Court
