due from Mr. Dunster to the defendant

The evidence of the farme at Sudbury to be belonging to the estate thuse appeareth

1: in that it was purchased with his wives estate and improved by her estate.

and by Mr. Dunster himselfe after her death owned under his Hand to be then belonging to the estate.

all which the paper title [Inventory?] do manifestly cleare.

    [Endorsed:] Estate truly ballanced.

Henry Dunster Papers. This undated account should be compared with that “drawn up and examined” by the Court in June, 1656, and printed in I. Thomas, The History of Printing in America (1874 edition), i. 386–390. Some of the items are identical. The present account may have been Glover’s statement; the balance it claims for Glover is substantially larger than that allowed by the Court.
