    Dear Sir,

    I wrote you yesterday, and delivered what I had wrote, with two pamphlets, to the care of Capt. Cal[e]f, who promised he would with his own hands, give what I had by him to Mr. Thomas Broomfield for you.

    Last night the Continental Congress’s non-importation and non-exportations, and non-consumption agreement came to town, and were printed this morning.570 As it is highly important that this agreement should be known in England, I could not refrain taking this first opportunity of sending it to you.
